Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance on children and family-focused programs (Public Interest Lawyer role).
- Support advocacy, research, and policy initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement programs across both organizations.
- Monitor and report on program outcomes.
- Manage partnerships and community engagement.
Requirements:
- A lawyer with 1–3 years post-call experience, with an interest in public interest law, advisory work, and social change without litigation except in rare circumstances.
- Program/Management professionals: 1- 3 years’ experience in program management, social development, or related fields.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Practical, hands-on, and solution-focused mindset.
- Passionate about Child Safeguarding, Protection, Family Strengthening, and Social Impact
