Job summary
We are seeking to hire an Executive Associate (Corporate Litigation) to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, contracts, and employment policies.
- Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
- Self-manage legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, assisting in depositions, and representing clients in court.
- Represent clients in courts, at hearings, arbitrations, and depositions.
- Maintain direct contact with corporate clients, providing status updates and advisory support.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
- Prepare court processes, legal arguments, and documents such as wills, contracts, and deeds.
- Perform any other lawful duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB, B.L) from an accredited institution and active bar membership. LL.M is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3-year post-call legal experience.
- Familiarity with court processes and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
