The Legal Intern will be responsible for managing, organizing, tracking, and safeguarding company and client documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, accessibility, and proper record management across all departments. The ideal candidate must possess strong administrative, organizational, and documentation management skills ( with the ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital filing systems
- Ensure proper documentation of client transactions and property records
- Track and manage document submissions, approvals, and retrievals
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents before processing
- Maintain confidential records securely
- Prepare and manage allocation files
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor of Law
- Must understand property law
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong time management and multitasking ability
