Job summary
We are seeking Psychologists to provide psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions to children, adolescents, and adults. This role is suitable for early-career and experienced psychologists committed to ethical practice and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:
Clinical Care:
- Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapies, including CBT, DBT, supportive therapy, and trauma-informed approaches
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate
- Support inpatient and outpatient treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatrists
- Provide psychological services via telemedicine, as scheduled
Multidisciplinary Collaboration:
- Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental-health professionals
- Participate in case conferences, ward rounds (as applicable), and treatment planning meetings
- Contribute psychological insights to integrated care plans
Clinical Documentation & Governance:
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
- Adhere to ethical, professional, and legal standards of psychological practice
- Participate in supervision, audits, and quality-improvement initiatives
- Engage in continuing professional development
Clinical Systems & Support:
- Modern electronic charting system with AI-supported tools to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support clinical care.
- Administrative and clinical support to enhance workflow and reduce documentation burden
Scope of Practice:
- Age groups: children, adolescents, and adults
- Service settings: outpatient, inpatient (as applicable), and telemedicine
- Presentations: mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, behavioural issues, personality-related concerns, substance-use disorders (psychological support), and related conditions
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or a related psychology field
- Relevant professional registration with recognised psychological bodies in Nigeria (where applicable)
- Formal training in psychotherapy and psychological assessment
- Early-career and experienced psychologists are welcome to apply
- Supervised clinical experience during training is acceptable
- Experience in mental-health, healthcare, or structured clinical settings is an advantage
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Competence in evidence-based psychotherapies, including DBT
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Ethical judgment, empathy, and professionalism
- Strong communication and documentation skills
