Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and implement programmes aligned with the organisation's mission and strategic goals.
Conduct needs assessments and research to identify community priorities and target beneficiaries.

Oversee and coordinate programme activities to ensure timely delivery of outputs and milestones.
Supervise field staff, volunteers, and partner organisations to ensure effective programme execution.
Ensure programmes comply with donor requirements and organisational policies.
Build and maintain relationships with relevant key partners, donors, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, donor requirements, and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of programme activities and transactions.
Prepare and submit reports to donors, management, and other stakeholders.
Provide programme training and support to staff and volunteers to enhance their capacity to implement programme activities.
Identify and address capacity-building needs within the programme team.
This role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and managing cross-functional teams.
