Property Operations Coordinator
Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised and action-oriented Property Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of a residential property portfolio. This role is focused on execution, decision-making, and problem-solving, not administration.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage property maintenance across multiple properties.
- Source and instruct contractors (plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, etc.).
- Obtain quotes and make recommendations based on cost and urgency.
- Arrange access with tenants and ensure works are completed promptly.
- Monitor and track ongoing tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Respond to tenant queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Escalate only where decisions fall outside agreed authority.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in property management, operations, or coordination.
- Strong ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
- Comfortable making decisions without constant supervision.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Commercial awareness when dealing with repairs and contractors.
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 – 650,000
