Project Manager

Responsibilities:

•  Oversee, mentor, and supervise resident engineers, on-site project managers, and site representatives across all active projects being project-managed by the Company.
• Establish consistent project management frameworks, tools, and reporting mechanism across sites.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project sites and Company headquarters, ensuring alignment with company strategy and client expectations.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth operations across multiple sites.
• Monitor project performance against agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify interdependencies and risks between projects and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, coordination, and finance to support project delivery.
• Conduct regular audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with construction quality standards and contract specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (master's degree is an added advantage)
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Active membership of COREN and other related bodies.
• Must be between the age bracket of 40 – 55years.
• Minimum of 18 years of project management experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple projects in reputable construction companies in Nigeria
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale infrastructure or building projects at once.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian building regulations and QHSE standards.
• Willingness to travel frequently to sites in other parts of Nigeria.
