Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Project Manager, Scrum Master. The individual in this role will oversee project timelines, coordinate cross-functional team efforts, monitor task execution, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables. Duties include removing project roadblocks, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, overseeing inspections, and managing logistical requirements for successful project implementation. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for effectively guiding teams through agile processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a tech environment.
• Proven expertise in Project Management and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Expediting and Expeditor tasks for efficient project execution
• Familiarity with Inspection processes and quality assurance standards
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to streamline resources and schedules
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to facilitate team collaboration
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP), are highly beneficial
• Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline.
