Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Oversee company-wide operations and workflow efficiency across projects, platforms, and cross-functional teams.
Drive end-to-end project execution, from planning to delivery—with zero tolerance for delays.
Lead and align multidisciplinary teams (engineers, designers, marketers) to stay focused, accountable, and outcome-driven.
Manage operational crises and client escalations—take ownership and resolve fast.
Design and implement scalable internal systems, tools, and automation to support growth.
Own talent and performance operations—from hiring and onboarding to task flow, reviews, and daily execution.
Act as the execution arm of the CEO, translating strategic vision into measurable action across the organization.

Requirements:

Solid technical background
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
