Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of healthcare-related projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, IT, finance, vendors).
• Ensure projects meet regulatory, clinical, and operational standards.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct needs assessments and gather requirements from medical and administrative stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation: charters, plans, reports, SOPs, and presentations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance patient care, facility flow, or healthcare service delivery.
• Manage communication with management, clinicians, partners, and external vendors.
• Track KPIs and generate performance dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, data privacy, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Project Management, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.
• Strong presentation and Canva skills
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare.
• Proven experience leading clinical, operational, or healthcare technology projects.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient flow, regulatory compliance, or healthcare service delivery.
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Certification is an added advantage: PMP or Healthcare Project Management certification.
