Job Summary
The PMO Officer will support project teams and the PMO in maintaining high-quality documentation, tracking project progress, coordinating project activities, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. This role provides essential administrative and analytical support required to keep projects on schedule and compliant with PMO standards.

Job Description/Requirements
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc project reports and summaries.
- Maintain and update project registers (risks, issues, decisions, change logs, schedules).
- Track project tasks, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
- Support Project Managers with coordination, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure proper documentation management across all active projects.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items to completion.
- Assist with PMO data collection, consolidation, and basic analytics.
- Help monitor compliance with PMO standards and reporting requirements.
- Support scheduling, resource alignment, and administrative project arrangements
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSc
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
