Job Summary
We are seeking a talented, spiritually grounded Christian drummer to join our worship team. This individual will provide dynamic, sensitive, and Spirit-led drumming that enhances the worship experience and supports the musical vision of our church or ministry. A heart for worship, musical excellence, and teamwork is essential.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with worship leaders, music directors, and fellow band members to craft engaging and Spirit-led worship sets.
- Play with sensitivity to the flow of worship, knowing when to lead rhythmically and when to hold back.
- Prepare thoroughly for rehearsals using provided resources (chord charts, recordings, click tracks).
- Adapt to different worship music styles (contemporary Christian, gospel, acoustic, hymns).
- Set up, maintain, and tune drums and related gear (or coordinate with the tech team).
- Stay spiritually and musically prepared, serving as a role model both on and off stage.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE certificate is required
