Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Upload new products to the website with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Update product prices promptly in line with promotions, market trends, and management directives.
- Maintain product accuracy, ensuring all listings, variants, and inventory details are correct.
- Update homepage and category banners in line with campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure website visuals align with ongoing campaigns.
- Monitor the website for errors, broken links, or display issues and escalate for resolution.
- Post daily content on Instagram, X, and TikTok based on the content calendar, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Minimum of a BSc. degree in the related field
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and brand consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with design and marketing teams.
