Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Product knowledge training:
- Responsible for technical explanations and practical demonstrations of the company's photovoltaic inverters, energy storage batteries, portable power supplies, EV charging piles, and other products.
- Develop English training courseware, technical manuals, and video scripts.
- Organize online and offline training courses (including sales team, dealers, installation engineers).
Curriculum development and management:
- Design training systems at different
levels (primary/intermediate/advanced/certification training).
- Continuously optimize training content and update teaching materials based on market feedback.
Marketing and Customer Support:
- Assist the sales department in product
promotion and solution Q&A.
- Participate in key project technical support, customer education, and after-sales knowledge transmission.
Team collaboration and feedback:
- Collect feedback on training
effectiveness and form an improvement report.
- Participate in dogfooding and knowledge promotion before the new product release.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in science and engineering (majors such as electrical engineering, electronics, automation, new energy, etc. are preferred).
- Photovoltaic systems, energy storage, inverters, home appliances, or the consumer electronics industry, with more than 2 years of training or pre-sales support experience
- Strong speech expression and communication skills, good at on-site demonstration and explanation;
- Able to proficiently write training materials (PPT, video scripts, product manuals, etc.).
- Familiarity with inverter wiring and photovoltaic energy storage system architecture is preferred.
- Need to adapt to short-term business trips to national distributors and project sites.
