We are building a new platform that connects clients with talented Nigerian developers and

designers — think of it as an MVP studio combined with a professional network. You will be

joining a core team shaping the future of digital product outsourcing in Africa.

About the Role

We are hiring a Product Manager to own and drive product strategy and execution across our

platform. This role involves shaping product direction, aligning cross-functional teams, and

ensuring consistent progress as the platform evolves.

You will work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to guide product decisions

and support the long-term growth of the product.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Write and manage PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to guide product development
• Lead agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning
• Coordinate user research, validate assumptions, and incorporate insights into product decisions
• Track product performance metrics and recommend ongoing improvements
• Communicate product updates and priorities clearly across teams

Required:

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience working across the full product lifecycle
• Strong PRD writing and stakeholder communication skills
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Notion, Trello, GitHub, Figma, and Slack
• Familiarity working with technical teams (React, Node.js, Go) and agile delivery processes

Bonus:

• Experience with developer tools, marketplaces, or SaaS products
• Background in a startup or lean product environment
• Comfort conducting user interviews and usability testing

Compensation

• ₦300,000 per month (net pay)
• Performance-based bonuses
