Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web-based banking platforms.
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create and maintain consistent design systems and UI standards.
- Ensure designs comply with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements.
- Improve user journeys for onboarding, payments, transfers, and other banking services.
- Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on insights and analytics.
- Balance seamless user experience with strong security and risk considerations.
- Stay updated on fintech and banking trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
