Responsibilities:

Develop engaging and high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
Create compelling videos, graphics, photographs, and promotional materials for real estate projects and company activities.
Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Plan and execute content calendars and digital marketing campaigns.
Cover site inspections, events, and company activities to produce engaging visual content.
Write creative captions, scripts, and promotional copy for advertisements and campaigns.
Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to improve audience engagement and brand awareness.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create content that drives lead generation and conversions.

Requirements:

Minimum of an OND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or any related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 – 100,000.
