Procurement/Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise all purchasing activities across multiple subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with managers in different subsidiaries to align procurement strategies with operational needs.
• Develop and execute purchase plans for equipment, services, and supplies.
• Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services for procurement.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Compare and evaluate supplier offers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Analyze vendor/supplier performance, supply consistency, and pricing options.
• Ensure that all purchased products and services meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain and update a supplier database with qualifications, delivery times, and potential opportunities for future development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ year of experience as a Procurement Officer in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Strong vendor sourcing skills, including research, evaluation, and supplier liaison.
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is an advantage.
