Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, assign tasks, and motivate printing staff to achieve production goals.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of printed materials matches client specifications.
- Oversee machine setup, color calibration, ink usage, and press cleanliness.
- Conduct regular quality control checks.
- Manage inventory of consumables such as papers, inks, plates, and solvents.
- Enforce health, safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Track production metrics including output, downtime, waste, and quality yields.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and ISO or company policies.
- Maintain clean, safe working environment emphasizing chemical handling and machine safety.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc
- 5 years of previous work experience in similar role
