Pricing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotes for air, sea, and land freight services.
• Analyze freight rates, costs, and margins to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary shipment and cost details.
• Negotiate rates with carriers, agents, and third-party service providers.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive.
• Provide pricing support to the sales team and respond promptly to client requests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring pricing consistency and transparency.
• Maintain and update pricing databases and tools for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance requirements, and industry regulations.
• Support procurement activities and contribute to supplier evaluation and selection.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pricing Executive in a freight forwarding company.
• Strong understanding of pricing processes in air, sea, and land logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding dynamics and basic insurance requirements.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and procurement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage clients and key accounts with professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other pricing or logistics-related software.
