Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and monitor expiry dates
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a retail pharmacy
- Good knowledge of over-the-counter medications and pharmacy operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is an added advantage
