Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Track and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment status.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork when required.
- Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.
- Resolve transportation and delivery issues promptly.
- Negotiate shipping rates with carriers when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Support warehouse operations when needed.
- Generate logistics performance reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Experience with logistics software or ERP systems is an advantage and must have a smart phone.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of transportation regulations and shipping documentation.
