Pedicurist

Responsibilities:

Pedicure Services:

• Perform various types of pedicures, including basic, spa, and medical pedicures.
• Clean, trim, shape, and polish toenails.
• Exfoliate and massage feet and lower legs.
• Apply treatments for calluses, corns, and other foot conditions.

Client Consultation:

• Assess clients’ feet and toenails to determine their needs.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and products based on individual client requirements.
• Provide advice on foot health and nail care maintenance.
• Sanitation and Safety:
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained.
• Follow health and safety regulations to prevent infections and maintain a clean working environment.
• Dispose of or sterilize single-use items as required.

Customer Service:

• Deliver high-quality service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Address client concerns and questions effectively.
• Manage appointment schedules and adhere to time management practices.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences.
• Handle payment transactions and manage cash or electronic payments.
• Keep track of inventory for nail and foot care products.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail and foot care
• Attend training sessions and workshops as needed to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• SSCE/OND academic qualification
• 2 years experience
