The Volunteerâs Role
As a volunteer, You will bring your experience to support capacity building amongst staff of selected partner
organization to improve all internal and external communication skills and ability to mobilize resources.
As a volunteer, you will play an important role in the review of organizational strategy, communication and partnership strategy for selected partner organization(s) to build capacity in staff, and to mobilize financial resources locally and externally for programming.
As a volunteer, you will:
Carry out an organizational Capacity Assessment Process for the ministry. Facilitate the development of a capacity-building plan. Manage the process of change management, workforce management and development.Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Project Management or Communications.Essential Background:

Project - Sharing Canadian Expertise for Inclusive Development and Gender Equality (SHARE)
Cuso International will deliver the Sharing Canadian Expertise for Inclusive Development and Gender Equality (SHARE) project, with a contribution from Global Affairs Canada (GAC) over seven years (2020-2027). SHARE aims to improve the economic and/or social well-being of the poorest, most marginalized and vulnerable people, particularly women and girls, in developing countries, with a view to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals. In addition to increasing engagement of Canadians in international development and key global issues, this project will aim to increase the performance of country partners to deliver more inclusive, innovative and environmentally sustainable development initiatives that advance gender equality, in support of the action areas of Canadaâs Feminist International Assistance Policy.
Partner - Project Alert on Violence Against Women (PCRA)
Project Alert was set up to promote and protect the rights of women by providing information on violence against women/young girls, advocacy against violence against women/young girls and provision of practical support services to female survivors of violence. The organisation operates a shelter that provides a safe space for survivors of violence.
