Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive presentations and demos of Odoo to potential clients.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
- Configure, implement, and support all Odoo apps, including Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, and more.
- Manage client relationships and provide expert advice on best practices.
- Independently handle multiple projects with a focus on timely delivery and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and client satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to marketing efforts by showcasing Odoo's value proposition.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
- Must be a resident in Lagos and have a deep understanding of the Lagos business environment.
- Solid grasp of Odoo’s full functional flow from lead to invoice, inventory to delivery, and HR to payroll.
- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple client requirements.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and confident in presenting solutions to prospects and clients.
- Strong interpersonal and marketing skills to support customer acquisition and engagement.
- Willingness to work on a commission-based or hybrid compensation model based on agreement.
