Logistics Officer

Responsibilities:

• Sort orders for delivery to their respective regions.
• Ensure orders are properly labeled for delivery.
• Deliver solutions to logistics problems.
• Monitor and control delivery costs
• Must have strong negotiation skills to secure the best rates with delivery partners, especially for interstate deliveries.
• Identify and resolve possible delays in delivery.
• Follow up with delivery riders/drivers for delivery status.
• Coordinate interstate deliveries and ensure proper registration and documentation of waybill details.
• Resolve waybill issues with Transport companies
• Daily, weekly, and monthly report of all delivery payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or ND or HND
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience, preferably in a delivery or courier service environment.
• Should be willing to work with the company long term.
• Should be willing to work Mondays to Saturdays
• Must be computer literate.
• Should be able to use ride-hailing apps like Uber, Indrive, and Bolt.
• Driving skill is an added advantage

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 90,000
