We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Neurosurgeon to diagnose and surgically treat disorders affecting the brain, spine, and nervous system. The ideal candidate will provide advanced neurosurgical care, manage complex neurological conditions, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage disorders affecting the brain, spine, and nervous system.
- Perform neurosurgical procedures, including cranial, spinal, and trauma-related surgeries.
- Evaluate patients through physical examinations, imaging studies, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop individualized surgical and post-operative treatment plans.
- Manage emergency neurosurgical and trauma cases effectively.
- Monitor patients’ recovery and provide post-surgical follow-up care.
- Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, anesthetists, ICU teams, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in on-call coverage and emergency response services.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and surgical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and clinical protocols.
- Mentor junior doctors and contribute to medical education and clinical research initiatives.
Requirements:
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
- Fellowship qualification in Neurosurgery (FWACS, FMCS, or equivalent).
- Valid practicing license with MDCN.
- Minimum of 10–15 years post-specialization experience in Neurosurgery.
- Proven expertise in complex neurosurgical procedures.
- Strong understanding of neurosurgical technologies and critical care management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
