Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ability to identify viable MSMEs and onboard them as customers of the bank.
- Boost the bank’s loan portfolio by generating viable loan requests
- Carry out loan verification as soon as requests are received
- Follow up on customers to ensure repayments are paid as and when due
- Raise alarm when customers miss repayments to avoid bad loans
- Consistently achieve set targets.
- Respond to customers' inquiries, requests, or complaints
- Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSC in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Apt in negotiating and persuading
- Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
- Assertiveness & Integrity
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 and above.
