Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary healthcare services to students and staff.
- Perform medical diagnoses, investigations, and issue prescriptions as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Manage clinic operations, including inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Supervise nurses, lab technicians, and other clinical staff.
- Promote health education and preventive care within the school community.
Requirements:
- Medical, clinical, or nursing qualifications (registered with relevant regulatory bodies).
- Previous experience in school health services or clinical practice is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work with students of varying ages and staff members.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside in Maiduguri or be willing to relocate.
