Job Summary
We are a fast-growing, patient-centred medical facility operating with a team of 8 Medical Officers and supported by specialist consultants across various fields. We provide comprehensive medical, surgical, obstetric, and emergency care to our community. As we expand, we are seeking a competent and dedicated Medical Officer to join our team.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical and emergency care to patients.
- Manage labour and delivery cases with competence and confidence.
- Perform minor surgical procedures such as: Incision & drainage, Lipoma excision, Cyst removal, Suturing & wound management and other minor procedures as required (with compensation per procedure).
- Conduct patient consultations, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with consultants and senior clinicians.
- Participate in the hospital’s duty roster and rotational shifts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
- Attend to all forms of medical and surgical emergencies.
- Demonstrate continuous learning and professional development
Requirements:
- Must be Post-NYSC with a Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in a recognised medical facility.
- Competence in minor surgical procedures.
- Strong experience and confidence in labour room management.
- Ability to handle medical and surgical emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities.
- Must be eager and willing to learn from consultants.
- Must live within or very close to the Egbeda / Akowonjo axis (highly preferred).
- Readiness to resume immediately
What We Offer
- Renumeration: NGN 350,000 - 400,000 NET monthly
- Additional compensation for minor surgical procedures performed.
