Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment with professionalism and empathy.
- Supervise and support clinical and nursing staff in daily hospital operations.
- Review and interpret diagnostic test results and provide appropriate medical advice.
- Ensure accurate documentation of medical records and reports.
- Participate in medical rounds, case reviews, and clinical meetings.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when necessary.
- Promote health education, disease prevention, and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with medical ethics, hospital policies, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of post-NYSC clinical experience.
- Valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Strong diagnostic, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
