Job summary
We are seeking a highly competent, ethical, growth-oriented In-House Dentist who aligns with our vision of clinical excellence and premium care delivery. The successful candidate will work full-time within our facility (8:00am – 5:00pm), delivering comprehensive general dental care while collaborating with our Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery unit. This is not a visiting associate role. This is a core clinical team position.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat general dental conditions
- Perform restorative, preventive, and minor surgical procedures
- Carry out extractions (excluding complex OMFS cases)
- Manage dental emergencies professionally
- Conduct treatment planning with clear documentation
- Maintain accurate digital records using our EMR system
- Collaborate with the OMFS Lead Surgeon for advanced cases
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols
- Contribute to clinical case reviews and quality improvement sessions

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS or equivalent)
- Fully licensed with MDCN
- Minimum 3–5 years clinical experience preferred
- Strong restorative and general dentistry skills
- Confidence in independent case management
- Digital dentistry familiarity is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional appearance and composure
