Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional spa and wellness treatments in accordance with established service standards.
• Serve clients professionally and ensure a comfortable, satisfactory spa experience.
• Assess clients' treatment preferences and recommend suitable spa services.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure all spa equipment and treatment materials are properly handled and maintained.
• Manage client appointments and maintain accurate treatment records where required.
• Observe appropriate health, safety, and hygiene procedures during treatments.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent customer-service skills.
• Assist with daily spa operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Promote available spa services and products when appropriate.
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a related beauty and wellness role is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques, body treatments, or related wellness services is desirable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
• Good personal grooming and professional presentation.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
