Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform a vital part of the client care process by ensuring DNA test samples are properly collected and routed for testing.
- Properly record test requests, test orders
- Help patients on the phone or face-to-face
Requirements:
- First degree (preferably in biological sciences)
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Resides not too far from the job location, Lekki-Ajah axis.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 250,000 Monthly
