Job Description/Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science (Microbiology Major)
- Proven experience in a microbiology laboratory setting
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in microbiology techniques and procedures
- Ability to use laboratory equipment and software, including autoclaves, sterilizers, microscopes, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with quality control principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate records
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
