The Position
Roche Products Limited Lagos, Nigeria is recruiting for the medical coordinator role. This role will assist the medical / affiliate with coordination of internal projects such as events, meetings etc.
Key Responsibilities
Support logistics for medical activities such as events, congress and meeting
Ensure compliance of approval process within the affiliateÂ
Follow up with finance department for HCP / HCO payment reconciliation.
Ensure good documentation process with medical activities/ events document.
Internal coordination: update travel/ leave planner, internal meeting organization including logistics and meeting minutes, internal communication for medical department and coordinate HCPs attendance to congress, ensure contracts are signed
Continuously improve process flows
Collaborate with other function where applicable.
An ideal candidate must have the following:
Education: Bachelor in Science (Bsc) in any field
1-3 years working experience
Proficient in EnglishÂ
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good documentation practice
Takes initiative and able to learn quickly
Good team player and ability to engage with anyone in the organization
Proficient with MS ( Excel, Word and Power point). Ability to use G-suite (Google sheets, slides and document) is an added advantage
Job type - 2-year Fixed term contract.
