Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop Nigerent’s visual identity and media style guide.
- Capture and edit property photos, promotional videos, and virtual tours.
- Produce media content for pre-launch campaigns and agent recruitment.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Associate on social media content and ad creatives.
- Prepare tutorial videos, property showcases, and explainer visuals for launch.
- Ensure all visuals are optimised for web and mobile.
- Continuously update property visuals and virtual tours.
- Support agents with onboarding materials, property media, and success stories.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
- Track engagement analytics on media performance and optimise content accordingly.
- Experiment with new formats (e.g., drone footage, 360° video, AR content).
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Minimum of SSCE
