Job Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager with a proven track record in brand and growth marketing. The candidate will drive end-to-end marketing initiatives, grow brand visibility, and deliver measurable results. This individual will build and lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring the execution of impactful campaigns.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing vision and strategy for all products, aligning with business goals.
  • Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns including social, digital, content, and offline channels
  • Oversee SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing efforts to ensure measurable results.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to inform strategies
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels and products.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns
  • Lead content creation, media planning, advertising, and partnerships
  • Set KPIs, track marketing performance, and deliver insights to guide decision-making.
  • Build and oversee a small marketing team or collaborate with agencies
  • Generate detailed reports on marketing performance and improvement plans


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, with at least a Second Class Upper (2:1)
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with demonstrable results
  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email automation, and CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing tactics, including event management, print media, and partnerships.
  • Ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B and B2C products.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling ability
  • Experience working in fast-paced startups or product-based businesses is a plus
