Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations
- Generate demand for the products through product detailing to hospitals, Doctors, Pharmacies, etc., and establishing loyalty relationships.
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
- Overseeing the conduction of pharma vigilance by participating and or delegating the exercise sharing the feedback with Management and using information gathered to determine opportunities by recommending new product developments and market threats.
- Supports office staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, product information
- Able to benchmark and understand market best practices
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget and working closely with Sales to ensure that the sales revenue budget is achieved.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
- Working closely with the research and development unit and assisting with product launches.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy, with an experience or relevant certficate in Marketing Pharmaceutical Products.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency in sales, business strategy, research, design thinking, and business analysis
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
- Great networking skills
- Effective writing, communication, presentation, and digital marketing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively.
