Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue.
  
• Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  
• Manage social media presence, content creation, and online engagement.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  
• Oversee branding, product launches, and promotional activities.
  
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
  
• Manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate marketing resources.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND/degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
  
• Minimum of 3–7 years proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategy.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
