Job summary
Results-driven Marketing Executive/Manager responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns to generate quality student leads and support enrolment targets. Manage paid ads,social media, website updates, and content creation while analysing performance to optimise conversions and ROI,working closely with the admissions team to drive growth.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google).
- Generate quality student leads through paid ads, organic content, landing pages, and online promotions
- Manage and regularly update the company website, ensuring content accuracy, event updates, and lead capture forms
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, banners, captions, short videos) aligned with recruitment intakes and events
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
- Coordinate closely with the student recruitment and admissions team to align marketing activities with enrolment targets
- Handle social media inboxes, comments, and enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Support promotion of education fairs, seminars, webinars, and office events through digital channels
- Maintain a lead database and ensure proper handover of leads to counsellors/sales executives.
- Research competitors, market trends, and student behaviour to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all digital activities comply with brand guidelines and professional standards.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
