Social Media & Content Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven social media & content manager to oversee our digital presence within the real estate space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing online communities, and driving lead generation through strategic social media activities.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Plan, develop, and schedule daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create high-quality short-form and long-form video content, including property tours, client testimonials, agent introductions, and market updates.
- Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and tailored copy relevant to the Nigerian real estate audience.
Video Production:
- Shoot and edit professional videos using a smartphone or basic camera equipment.
- Incorporate graphics, text overlays, transitions, and music to enhance content quality.
- Apply best practices in lighting, audio, and framing for visually appealing property showcases.
Community Engagement:
- Manage and respond promptly to comments, direct messages, and inquiries.
- Actively engage with online communities, including real estate groups, influencers, and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a strong, interactive online brand presence.
Strategy & Analytics:
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with property launches, open houses, and market trends.
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and provide regular reports.
Lead Generation
- Utilise social media tools such as polls, CTAs, and forms to generate and capture leads.

Collaborate with the sales team to convert digital inquiries into qualified appointments.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management, with at least 1 year in the real estate sector in Nigeria .
- Demonstrated success in audience growth and lead generation through social platforms.
- Proficiency in shooting and editing videos using smartphones or entry-level cameras.
- Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, or similar.
- Understanding of video composition, lighting, and sound.
- Strong understanding of Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts), Facebook (Pages, Groups, Ads), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling, locally relevant content for Nigerian audiences.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
- Video production skills and Platform knowledge
