We’re hiring a creative Marketing & Digital Media Assistant to build Adler Capital’s online presence. You’ll manage social media, design engaging visuals, send email campaigns, and help improve website layouts using Canva, Figma, or AI tools. Flexible, remote, and growth-focused role.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Manage Adler Capital’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Create and post engaging content 1-2 times per week
- Use AI or design tools (Canva, Figma, or similar) to make clean visuals and layouts
- Write short captions and email campaigns that attract real estate investors and brokers
- Suggest design ideas to improve the Adler Capital website and marketing materials
- Track engagement and basic marketing performance metrics
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience managing social media pages or email campaigns
- Familiarity with real estate, mortgage, or lending topics (preferred)
- Proficiency with Canva, Figma, or other design/AI tools
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, or Constant Contact
- Reliable internet and consistent weekly output
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 monthly
