Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, and community channels.
- Develop and schedule engaging digital content (posts, stories, newsletters).
- Monitor social engagement and respond to comments or inquiries.
- Maintain lead tracking sheets and weekly performance reports.
- Handle day-to-day customer and agent support through WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Collect and track user feedback to improve platform performance and experience.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Partnership Manager to strengthen agent performance and retention.
- Create and share agent success stories, testimonials, and training materials.
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare weekly reports.
Requirements:

- Degree in a related field
