We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing and Sales Manager who possesses a strong understanding of retail product design principles with UX lifecycle. This unique role will bridge the gap between business development, marketing strategy, and sales execution. You'll be instrumental in translating product features into compelling value propositions, ensuring our market outreach resonates with target audiences, and actively contributing to the product's market fit from a design-informed perspective. Social media, Content writing, graphics, and project management experience will be an added advantage

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Product Storytelling &
Positioning:
- Develop compelling product
messaging and unique selling propositions (USPs) that highlight the design,
user experience, and functional benefits.
- Create engaging marketing
content (e.g., presentations, demos, case studies, website copy, sales
collateral) that effectively communicates the value of our products.
- Work closely with product designers and developers to deeply understand product features, the rationale behind design choices, and how these address user pain points.
Identifying and choosing the
right partner for business success:
- Choosing and recommending the right business partners
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Act as a key liaison between the
Marketing, Sales, and Product Design/Development teams.
- Provide market feedback to
product design during ideation and prototyping phases, ensuring products
are designed with market appeal and sales potential in mind.
- Collaborate on product launch
strategies, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing campaigns,
sales efforts, and product availability.
Brand Advocacy:
- Champion the product's design
vision and user experience internally and externally.
- Contribute to building a strong brand identity that reflects our commitment to user-centric design and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 3- 5 years of combined experience in Marketing and Sales roles, with a demonstrable understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Proven experience in market research, content creation, and sales strategy execution.
- Experience working closely with Product Design/UX teams, or direct experience in product design/UX is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Solid understanding of product design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) best practices.
- Ability to articulate complex technical and design concepts in clear, compelling language to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and project management software.
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
