Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities.
- Promote the company’s products/services to prospective customers.
- Conduct field marketing and client visits.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Meet assigned sales and marketing targets.
- Prepare basic reports on marketing activities, leads, and sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of O’Level qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Must be willing to work on-site and carry out field marketing activities.
- Must be target-driven and comfortable working with sales commissions.
