Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
- Manage property auctions or exchanges
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a BSc degree in Marketing/Communications and/or Real Estate
- Minimum of 2 years of agency or in-house marketing, communications, and PR experience in relevant industry
- Extensive and growing knowledge of the real estate market and competitive landscape
- Exceptional command of the English language (verbal and written)
- Confident communicator with strong analytical and project/budget management skills
- Advanced computer literacy, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of branding and design principles
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team, and adapt well under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong social media skills, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to communicate and converse with specific target audiences
- The capability of working independently, taking the initiative, and being part of a team working collaboratively
- Adherence to company safety standards and policies
- Flexibility to work weekends, and evenings, as required
