Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a BSc degree in Marketing/Communications and/or Real Estate
  • Minimum of 2 years of agency or in-house marketing, communications, and PR experience in relevant industry
  • Extensive and growing knowledge of the real estate market and competitive landscape
  • Exceptional command of the English language (verbal and written)
  • Confident communicator with strong analytical and project/budget management skills
  • Advanced computer literacy, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of branding and design principles
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team, and adapt well under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong social media skills, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to communicate and converse with specific target audiences
  • The capability of working independently, taking the initiative, and being part of a team working collaboratively
  • Adherence to company safety standards and policies
  • Flexibility to work weekends, and evenings, as required
