Job Summary
The logistics and operations officer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating end-to-end logistics operations to ensure efficient movement and delivery of goods. This includes managing inventory control, coordinating transportation for last-mile and long-haul deliveries, and supervising warehouse activities such as loading and unloading.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery schedules for last-mile and long-haul operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Supervise warehouse loading and unloading processes to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods in line with operational timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, shipments, and inventory movements.
- Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and suppliers to streamline logistics workflows.
- Address and resolve any logistical issues or delays promptly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year' experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet-based tools.
- Familiarity with last-mile delivery, long-haul transportation, and ITN (insecticide-treated net) distribution is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
