Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all payments, receipts, and clearances are properly validated before handover.
- Preparing and reviewing all handover documents (allocation letters, receipts, deeds, contracts, indemnity forms, compliance checklists).
- Coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Facility teams to ensure all internal approvals are in place.
- Maintaining a handover tracker for all clients and updating the status in real-time.
- Conducting final document checks before handing property to clients to prevent disputes.
- Providing clients with clear communication regarding the legal steps in the handover.
- Ensuring proper documentation of each handover in the company’s records.
- Managing the full legal side of the property handover process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
