Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor junior associates and interns, ensuring quality output and professional growth.
- Coordinate team workflows, delegate responsibilities, and ensure timely delivery on complex matters.
- Conduct extensive legal research and draft detailed opinions, memoranda, and advisory reports.
- Prepare structured legal documentation, policy papers, and compliance reports for internal and external use.
- Lead end-to-end management of commercial disputes, from pre-trial strategy to court representation and settlement.
- Advise corporate clients on contract breaches, risk exposure, and regulatory compliance matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of LLB
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
